Amazon Astro Is Frozen or Unresponsive
Troubleshooting your Astro device to resolve issues with responsiveness.
- First, attempt to Restart Amazon Astro.
- If restarting is unsuccessful, Factory Reset Amazon Astro.
Note: Factory reset restores Astro to its original factory settings.
- If you still experience problems, contact Amazon Astro Customer Support (available daily between 5 a.m.–10 p.m. Pacific Time) using the Astro app:
- Open the Amazon Astro app

. - Select Help and Feedback, then scroll to the Contact Us section. Please have your device and accessories present.
