Amazon Astro Is Frozen or Unresponsive

Troubleshooting your Astro device to resolve issues with responsiveness.

  1. First, attempt to Restart Amazon Astro.
  2. If restarting is unsuccessful, Factory Reset Amazon Astro.
    Note: Factory reset restores Astro to its original factory settings.
  3. If you still experience problems, contact Amazon Astro Customer Support (available daily between 5 a.m.–10 p.m. Pacific Time) using the Astro app:
    1. Open the Amazon Astro app .
    2. Select Settings .
    3. Select Help and Feedback, then scroll to the Contact Us section. Please have your device and accessories present.
