Factory Reset Amazon Astro

Factory reset will restore Astro to its original factory settings and remove all account information.

Note: Before conducting a factory reset, Restart Amazon Astro or follow additional troubleshooting resources in the Troubleshooting section of Amazon Astro Support. Factory reset of Amazon Astro will result in the deletion of all of your account information, including maps.

To factory reset Astro:

Swipe down from the top of Astro's screen and select Settings.
Select Device Options.
Select Reset to Factory Defaults.

If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the volume up button and volume down button for 15 seconds.

Note: You'll need to go through the initial setup again after factory resetting Astro.
