Restart Amazon Astro

How to restart your Amazon Astro if you see the error, "Something went wrong," or if you're having other issues with the device.

To restart Astro:

Position Amazon Astro in front of the charger.
Roll back the device on its charger and press and hold the microphones/cameras button for 3-4 seconds and select Restart on the screen. Astro should restart setup upon powering on.
If your device is unresponsive, you can also restart Astro by pressing and holding the microphones/cameras off button for about 10 seconds.

Note: Before conducting a factory reset, see the Troubleshooting section of Amazon Astro Support. Factory reset of Amazon Astro will result in the deletion of all of your account information, including maps.
