Shipping restrictions and Prime shipping
We don't ship to:
- U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes
- Amazon Lockers
- Military installations (APO/FPO addresses)
- Diplomatic posts (DPO addresses)

Prime Shipping
Large items don't qualify for Prime FREE expedited shipping. This includes Same-Day, One-Day, and Two-Day Delivery.

Limitations
The service provider will not lift or hoist appliances over banisters, obstructions, or through windows. Customer-supplied or previously used connectors cannot be used, with the exception of venting. The provider will not reconnect relocated appliances, relocate used appliances to a different address, or perform carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work.
