- Contact Customer Service through the Customer Service Homepage
- Select Help with something else
- Then select Prime
- Refund Eligibility:
Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for a full refund of the current membership period. Amazon will process the refund in three to five business days.

- Subscriptions:
Subscriptions on Prime Video, like Paramount+, will remain once your Prime Membership ends.

- Canceling Third-Party Memberships:
If you signed up for Amazon Prime through Google Play using Android, cancel your subscription through Google Subscription services.
If your Prime Membership is associated with another company's service, contact them to cancel your Prime.
