Resend a Digital Gift Card
To resend an Amazon digital gift card:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select Order Details under the Order ID to open the Order Summary page.
- Select Resend for the gift card you want to resend.
- Review the information regarding the gift card, and follow the on-screen instructions. We may ask you to verify your payment information for security purposes.
Amazon digital gift card not received
If you sent the digital gift card to an email address, ask the recipient to ensure that their email provider isn't filtering the email into a "junk" or "spam" folder. If you sent the digital gift card via text message, ask the recipient to manage storage to allow for delivery.
Scheduled digital gift cards are sent anytime between 12 a. m. and 6 p. m. Pacific time on the scheduled date.
Note:
- If you don't see a Resend link, the recipient has probably redeemed the gift card.
