Prime Business is an annual membership program that provides business-specific features and benefits. These benefits include unlimited fast delivery on eligible items, visibility into your organization's spend, and control over purchasing across your organization. Prime Business membership plans are designed to offer features to suit the needs of your business.

Prime Business provides Insights into your organization's spend with advanced analytics and dashboards. You gain more control over rogue spending, with purchasing policies that guide employees to the right choices (note: Duo does not include the Spend Visibility or Guided Buying benefits). You also get deliveries when and where you want with fast business delivery on eligible items.
Business accounts with one user can enroll in the Prime Business Duo plan. To use this plan, you must have an Amazon Prime membership on a personal account. Then, link that account to your business account.
By linking your accounts, you can keep all the benefits of your personal account while also accessing Prime Business benefits, including Business Analytics, Consolidated Shipping, and free business delivery. You can link your accounts when you sign up for Prime Business.
Prime Business does not include digital Amazon Prime benefits like Prime Video or Prime Music.

Prime Business Duo
- This plan is free for business accounts with one user and with Prime on their personal account. You can enroll using this link. During sign-up, you can link your business account with a personal account that has Prime.
- If you have already linked to a Prime account, you can enroll now.
- If your personal account with Prime is already linked to another business account, you can choose to override the existing link. Subscribing to Duo here will cancel the Duo membership on the other business account within 30 days. You may change Duo links between business accounts once every 90 days.
- If you use the same credentials for your personal and business account, you must have Prime on the personal account. Business accounts set up in this way cannot link a different Prime account.
- Duo is only available to business accounts with one user. Adding more users to the account makes your business account ineligible for Duo at the time of renewal.
Canceling your Amazon Prime membership will cancel your Prime Business Duo membership after 30 days.
Duo Frequently Asked Questions
Can I link my Duo subscription to a different Amazon account?
Yes. If your personal Prime account is currently enabling Duo on a different business account, you can override the existing link during the Duo sign-up process. When you subscribe to Duo on your current business account, the Duo membership on the other business account will be cancelled within 30 days. Please be aware:
- The previously linked business account will lose its Duo benefits and must link a different personal Prime account to restore Duo.
- You can only change Duo links between business accounts once every 90 days.
- The change takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
What happens to my old, linked account?
The other business account will receive a notification that their Prime Business Duo subscription is at risk and will be cancelled within 30 days. To restore Duo, the account owner must link a different personal Prime account with an active Amazon Prime membership to their business account.
Why is there a 90-day waiting period?
The 90-day restriction is in place to protect business accounts from frequent disruptions to their Duo subscriptions and to maintain the stability of the Duo benefit for all subscribers. Your Prime membership can only power one Duo subscription at a time, and limiting changes ensures that the benefit remains reliable.
I see an error that my personal account is "already linked to a business account with the same credentials." What do I do?
If your personal Prime account shares the same login credentials as another business account, you cannot override the Duo link. To subscribe to Prime Business Duo, you can either contact Customer Service to separate the accounts or use a different personal account with an active Amazon Prime membership.

- Your shipping speed may depend on the shipping address, the item you select, the quantity of items, or the value of your order.
- If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships.
- Unless you specify otherwise, our delivery methods apply to business days only, not weekends.
- Remember to check the ordering cut-off time, as shown on the product detail page.
- To see the most accurate delivery information as you shop, make sure to set up a default address for your account.
- We may require a signature on delivery of your order.
- Sometimes, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping. This is because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
- Amazon Fresh add-on, Whole Foods Market Savings benefits, and Prime Now are not available for Prime Business.
- Customers shipping to commercial addresses shopping on Amazon Business must opt in from the Business Settings page to take advantage of the Same-Day Delivery or One-Day Shipping.
- Your Prime Business membership may be subject to tax.
- You may only use Prime Business for business, not personal use.
- Prime Business benefits are for Amazon Business customers to ship products to themselves or to locations for their own use. You can't use these shipping benefits to resell, rent, or ship products to your customers or other parties.
