Business Prime Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are between the business you represent ("You") and Amazon.com Services LLC and/or its affiliates ("Amazon", "We" or "Us") and govern your use of Business Prime. By signing up for the Business Prime program or using Business Prime, you confirm you are authorized to agree on behalf of the business you represent, and you accept (on behalf of your business), these Terms. Please note that your use of Business Prime is also governed by the Amazon Business Account Terms and Conditions, which incorporate these Terms, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements available on the Amazon.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms.

Membership Cancellation

One of your business account administrators may cancel your Business Prime membership any time by visiting Business Settings and adjusting your membership settings. We will refund your full membership fee only if you did not make any eligible purchases or take advantage of Business Prime benefits since your latest membership charge. Business Prime memberships redeemed through a gift code or promotional code are not refundable.

Shipping Benefits

Business Prime provides access to shipping benefits for all business users who are associated with your Amazon Business account. These shipping benefits depend upon inventory availability and order deadlines. They are limited to certain products sold by Amazon.com (or third-party sellers participating in Business Prime) on the Amazon.com website. If only some items in your order are eligible for Business Prime benefits, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect eligibility. Certain purchases may only be entitled to free Standard Shipping because of their size, weight, destination, and other shipping characteristics. We may exclude products with special shipping characteristics at our discretion. This page provides information about eligible items, shipping cost, shipping speed, and shipping destinations.

Click here for information about additional Business Prime benefits. If you cancel your Business Prime membership, you may immediately lose access to these additional benefits and any data stored by these features.

Important Limitations

  • You may only use Business Prime for business, and not personal, use.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse participation in Business Prime in our discretion.
  • We may send you email and other communications related to Business Prime (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Amazon account).
  • You may not transfer or assign your Business Prime benefits, including promotion codes for Business Prime benefits, except as allowed in these Terms.
  • Business Prime shipping benefits are intended for an Amazon Business customer to ship products to itself or to locations for its own use. Amazon Business customers are not permitted to use Business Prime shipping benefits to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship products to their customers or other parties.
  • A Business Prime membership may not be shared among a franchisor and its franchisees, members of group purchasing organizations, members of industry associations, or other groups of multiple organizations that are not under common ownership and control.
  • The eligibility of your orders for Business Prime shipping benefits may depend on the size of your order, total order value, product quantity purchased, or the location of your shipping address. Some benefits may require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them.
  • From time to time, Amazon may choose in its sole discretion to add, change or remove Business Prime benefits or to change the fee charged for these benefits. You acknowledge that Business Prime does not include any Prime benefits other than those listed above in the "Benefits" section that we make available to you.

Fees and Renewal

The membership fee for Business Prime is stated in this Business Prime page. The Business Prime membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for Business Prime. If the number of business users in your business account increases to a higher Business Prime plan, your membership fee will be increased to the fee associated with the applicable plan.

For Business Prime renewals, unless an administrator on your business account changes the default payment method, Amazon will first charge the original payment method you used to purchase Business Prime, which may be an individual payment method. If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR BUSINESS PRIME MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU OR ANY ADMINISTRATOR.

Promotional Trial Memberships

We sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial members may at any time choose not to continue to paid membership at the end of the trial period (through Business Settings).

Usage of Amazon WorkDocs

By using Amazon WorkDocs, you agree to the AWS Customer Agreement and AWS Privacy Notice. If you already have an AWS Customer Agreement, you agree that the terms of that agreement govern your use of this product.

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change these Terms or any aspect of Business Prime without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF BUSINESS PRIME AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation in the Business Prime program at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership unless you have shipped more than 50 units using Business Prime. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Business Prime membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
