Business Prime is an annual membership program that provides business-specific features and benefits. These benefits include unlimited fast delivery on eligible items, visibility into your organization's spend, and control over purchasing across your organization. Business Prime membership plans are designed to offer features to suit the needs of your business.

Amazon Prime focuses on personal and household needs. In contrast, Business Prime benefits cater to business and help save time and resources.
Business Prime provides Insights into your organization's spend with advanced analytics and dashboards. You gain more control over rogue spending, with purchasing policies that guide employees to the right choices (note: Duo does not include the Spend Visibility or Guided Buying benefits). You also get deliveries when and where you want with fast business delivery on eligible items.
Business accounts with 1 user can enroll in the Business Prime Duo plan. To use this plan, you must have an Amazon Prime membership on a personal account. Then, link that account to your business account.
By linking your accounts, you can keep all the benefits of your personal account while also accessing Business Prime benefits, including Business Analytics, Consolidated Shipping, and free business delivery. You can link your accounts when you sign up for Business Prime.
Business Prime does not include digital Amazon Prime benefits like Prime Video or Prime Music.

Business Prime Duo
- This plan is free for business accounts with 1 user and with Prime on their personal account. You can enroll using this link.
- During sign-up, you can link your business account with a personal account that has Prime. If you already linked a Prime account, you can enroll now.
- If your personal account with Prime is already linked to another business account, contact Business Customer Support first to unlink the accounts.
- If you use the same credentials for your personal and business account, you must have Prime on the personal account. Business accounts set up in this way cannot link a different Prime account.
- Duo is only available to business accounts with 1 user. Adding more users to the account makes your business account ineligible for Duo at the time of renewal.
Canceling your Amazon Prime membership will cancel your Business Prime Duo membership after 30 days.
- Not all shipping speeds are available for every item and address. Learn more about Business Prime Eligible Items & Addresses.
- Your shipping speed may depend on the shipping address, the item you select, the quantity of items, or the value of your order.
- If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships.
- Unless you specify otherwise, our delivery methods apply to business days only, not weekends.
- Remember to check the ordering cut-off time, as shown on the product detail page.
- To see the most accurate delivery information as you shop, make sure to set up a default address for your account.
- We may require a signature on delivery of your order.
- Sometimes, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping. This is because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
- Amazon Fresh add-on, Whole Foods Market Savings benefits, and Prime Now are not available for Business Prime.
- Customers shipping to commercial addresses shopping on Amazon Business must opt in from the Business Settings page to take advantage of the Same-Day Delivery or One-Day Shipping.
- Your Business Prime membership may be subject to tax.
- You may only use Business Prime for business, not personal use.
- Business Prime benefits are for Amazon Business customers to ship products to themselves or to locations for their own use. You can't use these shipping benefits to resell, rent, or ship products to your customers or other parties.
- We may change these benefits occasionally, as shown in the Business Prime Terms and Conditions.
