Apply for an Amazon Business Card

Note:

• To apply for a Prime Business Card or Amazon Business Card, you must be authorized by your company to make financial decisions on its behalf.
• Only qualified individuals age 18 or over may be approved for a card account.
• For the Prime Business Card and Amazon Business Card, you and the business are jointly and severally liable for all charges on the account. This means you may be personally responsible for any charges on the account if the business does not pay. Your Social Security Number (SSN) is required during the application process.
• As part of the application review process, U.S. Bank will obtain a consumer credit report and a business credit report. By submitting your application, you authorize U.S. Bank to conduct this review.
• If you are a sole proprietor without an Employer Identification Number (EIN), you may apply using your Social Security Number (SSN).
• If you apply on behalf of a corporation or partnership, you will also need to provide beneficial owner information for any individual who directly or indirectly owns at least 25% of the business, as well as the Federal Tax Identifier for your business. • In most cases, if your application is approved, you can begin using your Prime Business Card or Amazon Business Card immediately. Your card will be automatically added to the Amazon wallet of the account you used to apply.
