Other Ways to Manage Your Card
You can also manage your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa by going to https://www.chase.com/amazon, by using the Chase Mobile app, or contacting Chase Customer Service by calling the phone number on the back of your card.
Who to Contact
- Chase: for questions about your application status, payments, transactions, statements, and balance (888-247-4080).
- Amazon: for questions about your orders, rewards, your new cardmember offer, and linking your account.
Note: Chase is the issuer and system of record for your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa account. Amazon is solely an alternative channel for you to manage your account with Chase. Chase receives and processes all payments, credits, debits, transactions, and charges for your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa account. To avoid late fees from Chase, make the minimum payment by your payment due date.
