Manage Your Payments with Amazon Visa

Manage your one-time or automatic payment on your Amazon Visa. If you link your Amazon and Chase accounts, you can manage your Amazon Visa on Amazon. You can also manage your Amazon Visa on Chase.com or the Chase App. You can find your payment due date on Chase.com, your monthly billing statement, or on Amazon if you linked your accounts.

Chase is the issuer and system of record for your Amazon Visa account. Amazon is solely an alternative channel for you to manage your account with Chase. Chase receives and processes all payments, credits, debits, transactions, and charges for your Amazon Visa account. To avoid late fees from Chase, make the minimum payment by your payment due date.

To make a payment on an Amazon Visa, sign in to your Chase account at https://www.chase.com/amazon or link your Amazon and Chase accounts. To learn more about linking your Amazon and Chase accounts, visit Manage Your Amazon Visa Online.

After you link and verify your Chase and Amazon accounts, you can manage one-time and automatic payments for your Amazon Visa account on Amazon.

Make a one-time payment

  1. Go to Your Amazon Card Page.
  2. Select Make a payment or select Manage Card. If you select Manage Card, then choose Make a payment from the menu.
  3. Choose the amount that you want to pay.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Confirm your payment details. From this page, you can also modify the bank account the payment is coming from and the payment date.
  6. Select Submit payment.
Note:
  • You can only cancel pending one-time payments. To cancel a pending payment, go to the Manage Card menu and select View Payment Activity. Next, find the pending payment you'd like to cancel, select Cancel payment and confirm.
  • Chase processes your one-time payments in batches that take approximately 1-3 days to complete from your selected payment date. After the payment is successfully processed, you will see an update to your account balance. However, since Amazon obtains your data from Chase it may result in some of your displayed account information being delayed during Chase's Sunday-Friday nightly account updates (9pm-3am ET). Set up automatic payments

  1. Go to Your Amazon Card Page.
  2. Select Manage Card.
  3. Select Manage automatic payments.
  4. Select Setup automatic payments.
  5. Choose your payment type and select Continue.
    Note: If you chose the Fixed Amount payment type, you will be prompted to enter the amount of your payment. The required minimum payment for fixed amount automatic payments is $25.00.
  6. Select an existing bank account for payment or add a new account.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Review your autopay settings.
  9. Review and agree to the Chase Automatic Payments Service Agreement. To confirm that your agree, select the check box.
  10. Select Complete Setup.
Note:
  • You aren't able to turn off in-process automatic payments. To turn off automatic payments, go to the Manage Card menu and select Manage automatic payments. Next, select Turn Off automatic payments and confirm.
  • Any new bank account you add will be available to make payments on your Amazon Visa account at Chase, either via the Your Amazon Card Page page or the Chase site. It will not be added to your Amazon wallet.
  • If you have a Chase checking or savings account, it will always be an available funding source for your Amazon Visa account. You cannot remove Chase bank accounts from your list of available funding sources.

Make a payment by mail or money order

Checks or money order should be made out to Chase Bank. With your check or money order, include the card number or the remittance slip from your monthly statement so Chase knows which account to credit. Send the payment to the following address:
