Manage Your Payments with Amazon Visa or Prime Visa

You can make payments on your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa through Amazon, https://www.chase.com/amazon, the Chase Mobile app, or by phone or e-mail.

To manage payments on Amazon, you must first link your Amazon account with your Chase account. Learn how by visiting Manage Your Amazon Visa and Prime Visa on Amazon.

Make a One-time Payment

  1. Go to your Amazon Cardmember Page.
  2. Select Make a payment or select Card menu, and then choose Make a payment.
  3. Choose the amount that you want to pay.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Confirm your payment details. From this page, you can also modify the bank account the payment is coming from and the payment date.
  6. Select Submit payment.

Canceling a pending payment: You can only cancel pending one-time payments. To cancel a pending payment, go to the Card menu and select Payment Activity. Next, find the pending payment you'd like to cancel, select Cancel payment and confirm.

When will my payment show? Chase processes payments in batches that take approximately 1-3 days from your selected payment date. The balance in your Amazon account updates during Chase's nightly sync (Sunday - Friday, 9am-3pm ET). For real-time account information, visit https://www.chase.com.

Set up Automatic Payments

  1. Go to your Amazon Cardmember Page.
  2. Select Card menu.
  3. Select Manage automatic payments.
  4. Select Setup automatic payments.
  5. Choose your payment type and select Continue. If you chose Fixed Amount, you'll be prompted to enter your payment amount. The minimum amount for fixed automatic payments is $25.00.
  6. Select an existing bank account for payment or add a new account.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Review your autopay settings.
  9. Review and agree to the Chase Automatic Payments Service Agreement by selecting the check box.
  10. Select Complete Setup.

Modify or Cancel Automatic Payments

To turn off automatic payments:

  1. Go to Card menu.
  2. Select Manage automatic payments, then Turn Off automatic payments and confirm.

About Bank Accounts for Payments

  • Any new bank account you add will be available to make payments on your Amazon Visa or Prime Visa at Chase. It will not be added to your Amazon wallet.
  • If you have a Chase checking or savings account, it will always be available as a funding source. You cannot remove Chase bank accounts from your list of available funding sources.

Make a Payment by Phone

Payments made through the automated phone system or with a Chase Customer Service representative are always free of charge. Call Chase Bank at the number on the back of your card:

Make a Payment by Mail or Money Order

Make checks or money order payable to Chase Bank. Include the card number or the remittance slip from your monthly statement so Chase can credit the correct account.
