How to Share Files Through the Alexa App with Alexa+
Share files and images with Alexa+ to help track events, draft replies to emails, answer questions related to the shared material, and more.
To share files with Alexa from the Alexa app:
- Open the Alexa app
. - Select the Message Alexa chat box.
- Select the attachments icon.
- Select the file that you'd like to upload or select the camera option to take a photo.
Note: Files must be under 25 MB, and in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, PDF, DOCX, RTF, TXT. Alexa can reference the text within the shared files. Alexa doesn't support videos or password-protected documents.
- Select Send.
