Prime Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
The Prime Business Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is available to eligible Prime Business ("PB") members and may allow them to earn points ("Points") after completing qualifying activities within their Amazon Business accounts under certain circumstances. Eligible PB Members may earn and redeem Points as described in these terms and conditions below. Your participation in the Rewards Program is subject to your compliance with these terms, the Prime Business Terms and Conditions and the Amazon Business Accounts Terms and Conditions.
- ELIGIBILITY. The Rewards Program is available to all Prime Business Duo, Prime Business Essentials, and Prime Business Small members ("Eligible PB Members"). We may revise the eligibility criteria for the Rewards Program at any time.
- POINTS. You will earn points after completion of activities listed on the Rewards Program homepage, which may be updated or modified from time to time ("Qualifying Activity" or "Qualifying Activities"). Qualifying Activities may include: making purchases in certain product categories or purchases of certain products, adding users to business accounts, signing up for features related to Amazon Business, or other similar actions. The eligibility criteria and offer details about each Qualifying Activity will be listed on the Rewards Program homepage. Points are not offered on all purchases made in your account. We may, in our sole discretion, offer bonus points at certain times or for certain purchases, subject to the terms communicated with such offers. You will not earn Points on orders for gift cards, digital products, Amazon Devices (such as Fire TV Sticks, Ring cameras, Echo devices, etc.), Subscribe and Save orders, or orders not meeting the criteria for Qualifying Activities. You may earn Points after completing Qualifying Activities during the free trial period of your Prime Business Duo or Essentials membership, but you will only be able to redeem points after your membership has converted into a paid membership. If your Prime Business membership upgraded to a higher tier that is not eligible for rewards, you will no longer be able to earn Points. If your membership is cancelled or expired, you will not be able to redeem or earn points. You may be required to opt-in for certain Qualifying Activities before you start earning points.
- REDEMPTION. Each Point has no cash value and cannot be sold, resold, returned exchanged, redeemed for cash or substituted, but is worth $.01 (one cent) in credit towards future purchases, which means that 100 points equals $1 in credits that may be used for eligible purchases. You can use your Points as credit to pay for all or part of an eligible order, unless you are paying through a shared pay method such as Pay by Invoice in which case you will not be able to pay with points. You are responsible for how points are used, including if you allow authorized users of your Business Account to access or use Points in your Business Accounts. To use your points, minimum and maximum amounts may apply.
- RETURNS. If you return any item you used Points to purchase and the return is accepted, you will receive the Points back in your account. You will not earn Points for any orders that you return or for which you receive a refund. We may remove Points previously awarded to you if you return all or part of your purchase or receive a refund on it, or if the Points were issued as a result of fraudulent activity, or activity otherwise in violation of these terms. If you have more returns or refunds than points earned from purchases, then points will be deducted from your total point balance and may result in a negative point balance. If your Points balance becomes negative due to a return after point redemption, the monetary equivalent of the negative points balance may be charged on a payment instrument in your Amazon Business account.
- POINTS EXPIRATION. Points in your account expire 12 months from the date of receipt of such Points. For example, if you have earned 1,000 points from an order on 4/1/2024, the expiration date for these Points will be 5/1/2025. Points not redeemed during validity period will expire and be forfeited.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES. We may prohibit you from earning points or using points you have already earned if we determine in our sole discretion that (i) your use of Amazon Business is not in compliance with the Amazon Business Accounts Terms and Conditions, the Prime Business Terms and Conditions, or these terms; (ii) you fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn points; or (iii) you acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws. We may also prohibit you from earning or using Points or remove Points you have already earned, cancel your Prime Business membership, or deregister your Amazon Business account if we suspect you have engaged in misuse or fraudulent activity related to your Amazon Business account or the Rewards Program.
