Request your personal information

To submit your data request:

1. Go to Request your data.
2. Sign in to your Amazon account. Note that signing in is required for security reasons.
3. Select the information that you want to receive.
4. Select Submit Request.
5. Select the validation link in the confirmation email sent to your account.
6. Download your data using the secure link sent to your email address when ready.

A lot of personal information is already available in Your Account, such as:

• Order history
• Payment methods
• Addresses
• Account settings
• Communication preferences

Choose from these support options:

• If your account is on hold, go to Regain Access to an Account on Hold.
