Keep Your Gift Card Balance to Use Later

If you want to keep your amazon.com Gift Card to spend on another occasion, you can check out without using your Amazon gift card balance.

How to not use your gift card on Amazon:

1. Proceed to checkout.
2. Where the $ X.XX Gift and promotional balance shows in check out, select Change and unselect the box beside Use your $ X.XX Gift and promotional balance.
3. Select Use this payment method and the balance will no longer apply to your order.

Note:

• If you don't see this screen during checkout, select Change under the Payment Method heading on the final page before you place your order.
• If you need to redeem a gift card, go to amazon.com/redeem
