Can't Set Up Your AmazonBasics Microwave
Can't complete setup or the Alexa app can't find your AmazonBasics Microwave during setup.
- Check that you have a supported Wi-Fi network. AmazonBasics Microwave only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- Check that you have the latest version of the Alexa app.
- Make sure that you have Bluetooth and location services turned on for your mobile device.
- For Android devices: turn off Low/Medium/Battery Saver power mode.
- Press and hold the 2 button for four seconds when prompted in the Alexa app.
- Force close the Alexa app and try setup again.
