Set Up Your AmazonBasics Microwave

To get started, download the latest version of the Alexa app and sign in.

You can find safety, compliance, and other important information regarding your microwave oven in the User Manual (PDF). The User Manual also includes precautions for installation and operation.

Note: The AmazonBasics Microwave only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.

  1. Plug the power adapter into a grounded power outlet.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth and locations services on your mobile phone.
  3. Open the Alexa app .
  4. Select Devices .
  5. Select .
  6. Select Add Device .
  7. Select Microwave, and then select AmazonBasics.
  8. Follow the instructions to set up your device.
