Reset Your Amazon Luna Controller

If your Luna Controller is unresponsive, or you want to erase your device settings, factory reset your device.

To reset your controller to its factory settings:
  1. Press and hold the Home and Menu buttons.
  2. Wait until the light ring around the Home button turns purple followed by orange (about 6 seconds).
When it restarts, an orange circling light appears around the Home button .

Note: Factory reset erases all saved settings and connections. You'll need to set up your controller again. Go to Set Up Amazon Luna Controller.
