Can't Pair Your Luna Controller with Bluetooth

Fix Bluetooth pairing issues with your Amazon Luna Controller when it won't connect to your device.

If pairing your Amazon Luna Controller with Bluetooth doesn't work, try these steps:

• Make sure that you're pairing with a compatible device.
• Check that Bluetooth on your compatible device is on, and able to discover new devices. Go to Amazon Luna Compatible Devices and Browsers.
• Reset your Luna Controller and pair again. Go to Reset Your Amazon Luna Controller.
