Manage Your Backup Payment Methods
Backup payment methods help us avoid payment delays. You can manage your backup payment methods through Your Payments in Your Account.
To add or update a backup payment method, go to
If there's a problem with your payment, we'll automatically charge a backup card from Your Payments for eligible products and services to make sure we fulfill our delivery promises
To manage your backup payment methods:
- Choose enabled or disabled. Note that disabling backup payment methods may cause delays if your payment method fails.
- Review and update your payment methods. Uncheck any you don't want to use as backup payment methods.
- Select Save.
To change your payment method after your back up payment method is charged for that order:
- Go to Customer Service.
- Select the order where the backup payment method was used.
- Click on Change payment method.
- Select a different preferred payment method.
- Click on Confirm modification.
Note: The refund may take 7-10 business days to return to your payment method.
