Manage Amazon Kids via Parent Dashboard

Parent Dashboard lets you manage your child profile settings, access digital content, and stay connected to your kids' digital activities. Download The Parent Dashboard app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Important:

Parent Dashboard is available to customers with at least one child profile. For information on how to create a child profile, visit Add or Delete a Child Profile. On your Parent Dashboard app, select the Create a Child Profile option on the home screen to get started.

Note: We automatically remove Child Profiles inactive for more than 18 months. After its removal, you'll no longer be able to access the child profile, but you can always create a new one.

1. How do I log in to the Parent Dashboard?	Mobile App: Select Get Started and sign in with your Amazon account. Web Browser: Visit Parent Dashboard and sign in with your Amazon account.
2. What can I do in the Parent Dashboard App and Browser?	Control device access. Set Daily Time Limits, Total Screen Time, and Learn First Manage in-app calling.(Settings > Communications) Adjust age and language filters. (Settings > Amazon Kids+ Content > Adjust Age Filter). Check the Amazon Kids Age Filter FAQs. Manage subscription and music services. (Settings > Additional Content) Control access to the app store, in-app purchases, and web browsing. Add and manage content. Visit Add Content to a Child Profile. Receive push notifications. Important: Within the app experience, opt in for notifications. Select More > Push Notifications.
3. Why can't I receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify my Parent Dashboard app registration?	Check your phone's network connection. Verify the phone number associated with your Amazon account. Visit Change Your Account Settings. If the issue persists, visit Resolve Common Two-Step Verification Issues.
4. I want to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback on the Parent Dashboard App.	Within the app, visit More (bottom right). Go to Feedback and Troubleshooting. Choose the applicable options from the list (App Issues or Give Feedback).
