Resolve a rejected purchase order
If your purchase order, or an item from your purchase order, is rejected, we send you an email to explain why.
Your organization may reject a purchase order because it's not within Order Safeguards placed on your Amazon Business account. Punchout Order Safeguards are rules that control parts of an order.
If your organization rejects a purchase order, we send you an email explaining why. Submit your order again if you still want to purchase the product. You can also do the following:
- Check the payment method and addresses.
- Review the items ordered and find substitutions.
- Adjust Order Safeguards.
