Punchout order safeguards

If a product or an entire order does not follow certain rules set by your organization, the system may reject it.

Order safeguards are rules that control parts of an order. Order safeguards enable organizations to control delivery times, price changes, and more. These rules apply to every Amazon Business order placed through your purchasing system.

Order Safeguard	Description
Quantity	Controls what happens to a purchase order when an item isn't available in the requested quantity.
Amazon-only fulfillment	Determines whether requisitioners can buy items Fulfilled by Amazon or all sellers.
Unit price changes	Limits the amount of price change allowed by your organization.
Maximum shipping price	Sets a limit on the shipping price.
Maximum delivery time	Sets a limit on the delivery window.
