Reset Your Amazon Smart Soap Dispenser

If Alexa can't discover your Amazon Smart Soap Dispenser, or it stopped working, try resetting it.

Note: First try restarting your device to see if it resolved the problem. To restart, press and hold the power button for 12 seconds.

If you have restarted your device and it still isn't working, reset your Amazon Smart Soap Dispenser:

  1. Press the power button 5 times until a red light blinks on the device.
    A blue light blinks when reset is complete.
  2. Set up your Amazon Smart Soap Dispenser in the Alexa app.
