Echo Loop Loses Connection
Force closing the Alexa app and restarting your Echo Loop solves many issues related to connectivity.
Note: Check your Echo Loop connection to your phone between each troubleshooting step by asking Alexa a question. If Alexa responds, your Echo Loop has reconnected.
- Make sure that your Echo Loop is charged and turned on.
- Check your smartphone's Bluetooth settings. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that Echo Loop is connected and active.
- Turn your Echo Loop off and back on again.
- Force quit the Alexa app then reopen it.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone, then select Echo Loop from the list to reconnect it.
- Factory reset your device then complete setup in the Alexa app.
