Amazon Tap Doesn't Respond to Requests

Amazon Tap doesn't turn on or respond to your commands.

• Make sure that you're using the included power adapter. Other adapters do not provide enough power for Amazon Tap to turn on and work correctly.
• Check that your device is connected wirelessly. If your signal is poor, try restarting your modem and router.
• Turn your device off and back on again. Press and hold the power button until it dims (about 5 seconds). Then press the power button again.
• If your Amazon Tap is still unresponsive, reset your device.
