Reset Your Echo Frames (2nd Generation)
If you want to erase your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) device settings, factory reset your device.

Tip: Having trouble using your Echo Frames (2nd Generation)? Restart your device first to see if it resolves the problem. Press and hold the action button until the status light flashes red. Then, press the action button once until the status light flashes blue. The action button is the shorter button on the right arm of the frames.
To reset your device to its factory settings:
- Press and hold the volume up and down button for 60 seconds.
- Wait for the status light to flash red and blue and then complete the setup again.
