Soft Reset Your Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation)

If your experiencing any issues with your smart glasses, soft reset your device.

Tip: Having trouble using your Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Gen)? Restart your device first to see if it resolves the problem. Close your glasses to turn them off, wait two minutes, then turn them back on by opening them again.

To reset your device:

  1. Put both temples in the open position.
  2. Press and hold both the front action (on the right temple) and volume up buttons (on the left temple) for 45 seconds.
  3. Keep holding until you hear a sound and witness three blue LEDs blinks.
  4. After the blue LED stops flashing, close both temples for one minute.
  5. Open the temples and check if the issue resolves by turning on your device again.
