Alexa App Is Disconnecting from Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation)
Alexa doesn't respond or tells you to open the Alexa app.
- Check your device's Bluetooth settings. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on for your device and that your smart glasses are connected and active.
- In the Alexa app, open Devices
and navigate to your Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation) device. Check that your smart glasses are Online. - Update the Alexa app to the latest version.
- Close the Alexa app and open the app again.
Tip: If these steps don't work, forget Echo Frames (2nd Generation) and Smart Glasses with Alexa (3rd Generation) from your device's Bluetooth settings. Delete the Alexa app from your device and reinstall it again from your device's app store. After reinstalling the Alexa app, follow the steps in the app to pair your smart glasses to the app again.
