Troubleshooting punchout

If you have a problem with your punchout order or account, try checking the options on this page.

If you don’t see Amazon Business as a supplier in your Purchasing System, check that you have configured your Amazon Business account correctly. You can review the setup steps on the Choosing the Amazon Business catalog help page.

The most common reason for a rejected purchase order is a broken order safeguard. You can find an explanation of order safeguards on our help page.

If your orders aren't going through, ask the administrator to ensure that your punchout system isn't in test mode.

To update this setting, administrators should go to Business Settings and select Purchasing System under System integrations. To disable the Test mode, select Switch to Active mode.
