How Prime works with business accounts
Business Prime is an annual membership program that provides business-specific features and benefits. These benefits include deliveries on eligible items, advanced visibility of your organization's spend, and more control over purchasing across your organization.
Amazon Prime focuses on personal and household needs. However, Business Prime benefits cater for business and help to free time and resources.
Business Prime provides Insights into your organization's spend, with advanced analytics and dashboards. You gain more control over rogue spending, with purchasing policies that guide employees to the right buying choices. You also get deliveries when and where you want, with fast business deliveries on eligible items.
To edit your Amazon Prime membership:
- Sign into your business account.
- Go to Your Account, then select the Business Prime icon.
- Select manage or cancel your Amazon Prime membership.
Customers shipping to commercial addresses shopping on Amazon Business must opt in from the Business Settings page to take advantage of One-Day and Same-Day Shipping.
Business Prime Duo is available to business accounts with 1 person. You must have an Amazon Prime membership on a personal account to use this Business Prime plan. Link your personal and business accounts during Business Prime sign-up.
