Manage Your Photo Gallery Unlimited Subscription

You can cancel your Photo Gallery Unlimited subscription with Alexa+ at any time through your device, by voice, or Amazon.com.

To Cancel Your Subscription on Your Echo Show

Say "Cancel my Photo Gallery Unlimited subscription" or through your Device Settings to manage your subscription.

  1. Open Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Display and Apperance.
  4. Find the subscription card.
  5. Select Learn More.

On Amazon.com

  1. Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions (YMS).
  2. Find your Photo Gallery Unlimited Subscription.
  3. Select the device associated with the subscription.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

Note: Leaving Alexa+ will cancel your Photo Gallery Unlimited subscription automatically.

Transferring Your Subscription to a Replacement Device:

If you're replacing your Echo Show, Contact Us (https://www.amazon.com/help/digital/contactus) to transfer your subscription to your new device. The subscription can be moved to any Echo Show device you own.

Troubleshooting

  • Subscription not working: Ensure you're still enrolled in Alexa+ if you're a Prime member, as Alexa+ is required for this add-on subscription.
  • Photos not displaying: Check that Photo Gallery Unlimited is enrolled on this Echo Show, not a different device. You can check the associated device at Your Memberships and Subscriptions (YMS).
  • Subscription is only working on one device: This is a device-level subscription. To use Photo Stream on multiple Echo Show devices, you'll need to purchase a separate subscription for each device.
