How to Activate Vacation Mode

When you activate Vacation Mode on Amazon Smart Thermostat, Alexa maintains your preferred temperature.

To activate Vacation Mode:

  1. Open the Alexa app .
  2. Open Devices and select Thermostat .
  3. Under Thermostats, select your Thermostat to open its control dashboard.
  4. Select Device Settings .
  5. Select Vacation Mode.
  6. Activate the setting using the switch.
  7. Set your temperature preferences for heat and cool mode.

Note: If you're having issues with Vacation Mode, update your Alexa app so that you're on the latest version.
