You can find the orders you’ve placed on this account in Your Orders.
If unable to find the order in Your Orders, check the following:
First ensure that you’re logged into the correct account.
- Did you place the order on this account?
- If you’ve logged in to Amazon.com using a different email address, log out and log in to the other account.
- If you previously shared an Amazon account with someone, check if you placed the order on that account.
- Log in to the previously shared account and check Your Orders.
- Did you archive the order?
- Go to Your Orders.
- Search for the relevant order, or
- filter for the date range that the order was originally purchased.
Maintaining separate order histories
For multiple family members to have separate order histories, consider using Amazon Family to link accounts. Linked accounts share certain Prime benefits and digital content using Family Library.
