Reset Your Alexa Photo Frame

Before a full device reset, try restarting your device first to resolve most common issues.

If your Alexa Photo Frame is unresponsive, or you want to erase your device settings, factory reset your device. If the screen is not working, hold the mute and volume down buttons to factory reset.

  1. Unplug the power adapter from the device or the outlet.
  2. Wait 15 seconds and then plug it back in.

If the restart doesn't solve your issues, choose on of the following reset methods.

Reset with the on-screen menu:

  1. Tap the screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select About This Frame.
  4. Select Reset to Factory Defaults.
Tip: If resetting your device doesn't help, or you no longer want to use your device, Deregister Your Amazon Device from your Amazon account. Deregistering your device erases all device settings.
