Managing Your Amazon Business Card Account
You can manage your Prime Business Card or Amazon Business Card account online at usbank.com or through the U.S. Bank mobile app (available for iOS and Android).
What You Can Do Online
Through U.S. Bank online banking or the mobile app, you can:
- Make one-time payments or set up automatic payments (Autopay)
- View statements and transaction history
- Access Rewards Dashboard
- Add Employee Cards and set individual spending limits
- Update your business information
- Dispute a transaction
- Report a lost or stolen card and request a replacement
- Request a credit line increase
- Set up account notifications and alerts
Rewards Dashboard
Your Rewards Dashboard in U.S. Bank online banking gives you a full view of your Amazon rewards points (Rewards) balance and activity. From the Rewards Dashboard, you can:
- View your current Rewards balance
- See Rewards earned by category and track your earning rate
- Redeem Rewards as a statement credit
- Access the U.S. Bank Travel Center to book prepaid travel

Spend Management
U.S. Bank online banking includes spend management tools to help you track and control business expenses:
- Manage statements and billing – manage your Central Billing Account, for more information see Manage My Account
- Card controls — Turn cards on or off, including adding Employee Cards, set spending category restrictions, and establish transaction limits
- Receipt capture — Upload and link receipts to transactions through the mobile app
- Spending analytics — View real-time spending by category, employee, and merchant
- Accounting integrations — Connect to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, and other accounting software for automatic transaction syncing
Employee Cards
You can add Employee Cards to your account at no additional cost. As the business owner with the primary card, you can set individual spending limits for each Employee Card and view all Employee Card activity through your U.S. Bank online account via Spend Management.
Note: Employee cardmembers cannot redeem Rewards through Shop with Points or select the Equal Monthly Payments reward option at checkout on Amazon.com or Amazon Business in the U.S. Only the business owner with the primary card can redeem Rewards and select Equal Monthly Payments.
