Switch Amazon Key Order to Doorstep Delivery

If your order is out for delivery and you don't want to use In-Garage Delivery, use the Amazon Shopping app to change your order to doorstep delivery.

  1. Open the Amazon Shopping app .
  2. Select the person icon .
  3. Select Your Orders.
  4. Select the order that you'd like to update.
  5. When your order is Out for delivery, select Switch to Doorstep Delivery.

Note: If you change your mind, go back to your order and select Switch to In-Garage Delivery.
