Track Warranty Status and Device Service Request for Your Amazon Device
You can track your Amazon Device Warranty status and a device service request through the Manage Your Content and Devices page.
Warranty Information
The Devices tab on the Manage Your Content and Devices page allows you to manage your registered devices and Device Warranty information.
Check for Limited Warranty under your registered device, which shows the end date of your device's warranty coverage under its Amazon Device Warranty.
Tracking Service Requests
To track the status of your device service request:
- Go to Devices.
- Check any device with active or completed service requests under Devices with service request.
- You can track the status of your service request and view/print the return label.
