Joining an Amazon Photos Family Plan

With Family Plan, you can share Amazon Photos storage and Amazon Prime benefits with your family members.

If you received an invitation to join a Family Plan, here’s how to join:

When you receive an invitation to join a Family Plan, you'll get an email with a link to join the Amazon Family.

To accept the invitation:

  1. Select the Join Family link in your invitation email.
  2. If you don't have an Amazon account, you'll be prompted to create one and sign in.
  3. Once signed in you’ll see a welcome screen explaining the Amazon Photos Family Plan, who invited you, and the benefits you'll receive.
  4. Select Accept to join the Family Plan.
  5. Once you accept, you'll have access to the shared storage allowance.

Note: If you decline the invitation or are not a Prime member, you'll need to select a storage plan or start an Amazon Prime trial to continue uploading new content.
