Samsung Care+

Samsung Care+ is available as an add-on to most Samsung products at the time of purchase.

To Activate your Samsung Care+ coverage:

  1. Check your email for an activation request.
  2. On your Memberships & Subscriptions page, select Activate Subscription next to Samsung Care+.
  3. Select Create new account and link.
  4. Enter the required information.

When activation is complete, you’ll receive an email from Samsung with your contract number and instructions for adding your device IMEI to your profile. We strongly recommend that you don’t skip this step, as it aids in future claims processing.

To Manage your Samsung Care+ subscription anytime from your Amazon account:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Find your Samsung Care+ order.
  3. Select View order details.
  4. Select Manage your subscription.
Note: Once Samsung Care+ is cancelled after 30 days, it can’t be applied to the same product again.

If your Samsung device order is canceled or returned, your Samsung Care+ plan will need to be cancelled manually by following “To Manage your Samsung Care+” steps above.
