Allow Push Notifications Before a Key Delivery

Push notifications allow you to track your package once it's shipped and out for delivery.

Turn push notifications on in both the Amazon shopping app and your phone settings. In the Amazon shopping app:

1. Open the Amazon shopping app .
2. Select the person icon .
3. Select the gear icon.
4. Select Notifications.
5. Select Account and shipping.
6. Turn on push notifications for Shipping and delivery.

In your phone settings, ensure that notifications are allowed for the Amazon app.
