Troubleshoot your online invoice payment

Resolve issues that may be preventing you from paying your invoices online.

One of the easiest ways to pay your invoices is online. Go to the Your invoices page and select Make a payment.

If we haven't received your payment after 7 business days, check your payment details. The most common reason for website payments to fail is because there's no phone number in the bank account information. We need your phone number to enable the payment processor to validate your payment successfully.

To update the phone number for your bank account information:
  1. Select the Your account menu.
  2. Select Amazon Business Settings.
  3. Select Business Credit Account in the Billing & shipping section.
  4. Select Manage in the Accounts payable settings section.
  5. Select Edit in the Bank account to pay invoices section.
  6. Select Edit bank accounts.
  7. Expand the bank details and select Edit.
  8. Select Change in the Billing address section.
  9. Update the phone number and select Save.

If you have verified sufficient funds, your account information is correct and complete, but you still can't pay, then your bank's processor may have declined the payment. Your bank or issuer might not recognize Amazon's attempts to collect payment. Please contact your bank or issuer and provide them with Amazon's ACH ID: Amazon ACH ID 9049016352.
