Can’t Pair Fire TV Soundbar Plus Speakers

Try these steps if either a blinking amber light or no light appears on the back of your subwoofer or surround speakers.

This information applies to the following devices:

  • Fire TV Soundbar Plus with Subwoofer
  • Fire TV Soundbar Plus with Subwoofer and Surround Speakers

The subwoofer and surround speakers connect automatically to your soundbar. To manually connect, follow these steps:

  1. Place your subwoofer and surround speakers (if you purchased the surround speakers) in the same room as your soundbar, within at least 10 meters.
  2. Unplug the power cables from the power outlet for three seconds, and then plug them back in.
  3. Factory reset the soundbar.
    1. Press and hold the power button on your soundbar for 10 seconds.
    2. Wait until the soundbar turns off and then back on.
  4. Press the connect button on the back of the speaker that you need to connect.

Note: If you need to reconnect both the subwoofer and the speaker set, connect the Subwoofer first, then the Left speaker, and finally the Right speaker.

When the speakers connect to your soundbar, a white LED appears on their connect buttons.
