Business Prime Rewards
Business Prime Rewards enables customers to earn points when they purchase qualifying items on Amazon Business. The program is available for Business Prime Duo, Essentials, and Small members.
Business Prime members using the Duo, Essentials, or Small plan can earn Rewards points through actions on their accounts, like setting up their account. After completing the offer, you can earn points on each purchase. View the offers available on your account.
Redeeming your points
Requisitioners can redeem Rewards points at checkout. Select how many points you wish to redeem when placing the order.
If you are using a Business Prime free trial, you can still earn Rewards points. You can redeem the points you earn when you convert to a paid plan.
Managing your points
Account administrators can manage their Rewards points in the Rewards dashboard. You can:
- Set permissions for who can redeem points, and how many points can be redeemed for each order.
- View the total points, available points, and pending points on the account.
- Review the Rewards history of the account.
Rewards points expire 12 months after the issue date.
