- If you have confirmed that you are logged in and have activated the offer, visit our Amazon's Grubhub+ Prime Offer landing page to start your order.

Linking your existing Grubhub Account
- Existing Grubhub+ members are eligible for this offer as well. You may activate the offer on our Grubhub+ page, then connect to your Grubhub account to activate this offer. Your free Grubhub+ membership will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you activated your offer but your Amazon email is different from your existing Grubhub email, you can follow the below steps to get your order history linked to your free Grubhub+ account:
- Go to Your Active Apps & Websites page.
- Remove your connection to Grubhub, under "Manage Connection".
- Visit the Grubhub website.
- Sign in with your original Grubhub account.
- Go to your Grubhub profile.
- Add Amazon connection to that account.
Cancelling your Membership
- If you end your Amazon Prime membership you will lose your free Grubhub+ membership offer. You can sign up for a standard Grubhub+ membership to continue receiving Grubhub+ benefits. If you choose to restart your Prime membership, you will need to activate this offer again.
- You can cancel your Grubhub+ membership at any time by performing two checks:
- First check: Visit the "Manage apps & services with data access" within the "Your Account" page on Amazon and unlinking your Grubhub and Amazon accounts. If you do not see Grubhub here, go to the second check.
- Second check: Go to your Amazon Pay Consents, finding "Grubhub Holdings Inc.", selecting "Details" and then "Stop Sharing." If you do not see "Grubhub Holdings Inc." the first check will have cancelled your membership.
- You can also contact Grubhub customer support to help cancel your Grubhub+ membership. If you cancel, your Grubhub+ membership and benefits will end immediately.
