About Credit Card Installments

Credit card installments allow you to pay for eligible orders in equal monthly payments over a set period of time.

If your order is eligible and you have a participating credit card, Credit Card Installments will appear as a payment option during the checkout process. For details on the individual installment offers for participating cards, visit the following links:

Cardmembers with eligible credit cards may opt to create a payment plan with a fixed annual percentage rate (APR) or a fixed monthly fee, that's the same or lower than the standard variable purchase APR. The Amazon Secured Card, Amazon Store Card, and Amazon Visa Card all have 0% APR.

Your card will be charged the full purchase amount, including any shipping and handling costs, plus applicable taxes once the order ships. However, only the monthly payment amount will be added to your credit card's minimum payment due each month. The actual monthly payment amount could differ from what is estimated during checkout.

For Special Financing Offers with the Amazon Store Card, you pay no interest on Amazon.com purchases if the entire amount is paid in full within the promotional period. If not paid in full within the promotional period, interest will be charged from the purchase date. Minimum monthly payments are required. Restrictions

Credit Card Installments may not be available during the Amazon checkout for all purchases. If you're not seeing this option at checkout, check the following:

  • Make sure that you’re logged into your Amazon account.
  • The payment option currently selected is an eligible credit card.
  • Your order total meets the minimum threshold of the selected credit card.
  • Your purchase only includes items that are eligible. Examples of purchases that are not eligible include, but aren’t limited to: Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, Amazon Prime Now, 1-Click Purchases, Digital Subscriptions, and Subscribe & Save (if your purchase includes a recurring subscription, then only the first month’s subscription fee will be eligible). Amazon may designate any product as ineligible.
