Call Urgent Response with Alexa Emergency Assist
Say or type in the Alexa App, "Call for help" for fast, hands-free access to help.
With Alexa Emergency Assist, you can call Urgent Response if you need help in an emergency. An Urgent Response agent can request help from police, fire, or ambulance using your current location. With the Alexa Emergency Assist on-the-go feature, you can call Urgent Response through the Alexa App on your mobile device, even when you’re away from home. If you're unable to speak, you can also text to initiate a call to an Urgent Response agent. Urgent Response is not a 911 service, and by default, Alexa does not support calling to 911.
Important: Your Emergency Contacts will be notified when a call has been placed to Urgent Response.
