Amazon Astro Isn't Investigating Ring Events

If Astro isn't investigating Ring Events, follow these troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure all rooms are named in the Astro app. Select Settings > Map > Edit Map. Select each room to add names.
• Make sure that your Ring Alarm sensors and motion detectors are added to Smart Home groups in your Alexa app.
• The Ring Alarm and motion detectors must correspond to the rooms in which they are physically located.
• To manage Smart Home groups in the Alexa app, go to Devices, then select Groups and the room where the sensor is installed.
• In your Astro app, select Settings > Monitoring > Smart Alerts and turn "on" Ring Event Detection and investigations.
