Milwaukee County Local Exposition Food and Beverage Tax

A 0.5% local exposition tax applies to sales of certain food and beverages when the sale takes place in Milwaukee County. The sale takes place where the purchaser, or the person on behalf of the purchaser, receives the food or beverages. This means deliveries to a Milwaukee County address are taxable even if the seller is located outside the county.
